Merry Christmas to All!

We didn't get a lot of pictures from Christmas, but we did get a couple, plus a few videos.  We've had a busy couple weeks though.  The week before Christmas was Me-moms birthday, and Katie decided we should buy her a balloon (by grinning at it across the store), and that Katie should get to play with it...

Then during the week, she visited my work & Aaron's work (of course she was a hit!)  Christmas Eve & Christmas day were family & friend filled days.  Katie was spoiled by all the gifts that were given to her.

She of course had fun with the boxes

And she "helped" me wrap some gifts

She did learn to start giving kisses... and the fun of wrapping paper.

Most of all, she says "Hope you had a Merry Christmas!"

Katie has learned to turn the pages while we read to her. She loves to read her books.

Happy 8 Months

Since Katie's 8 month birthday falls in December, of course her 8 month pictures had to have a Christmasy feel.  So I took some with her dress that she wore to see Santa & some in an adorable Santa outfit that we were given.

Katies 1st trip to see Santa

Today we took Katie to see Santa. There was a bit of a line, but Katie loved watching all the other kids and checking out the fake reindeer. Katie loves animals! Today, she crawled over underneath Aaron's deer mount & just stared up at him. So cute! Anyway, when we got to Santa, Katie was fine with sitting in his lap. She was fine for a couple minutes until she couldn't find mommy or daddy & then, tears. We got a cute picture before she started crying, but I wish I had videoed the whole thing, it was so cute! And I wouldn't have minded having one of the crying pictures as well, becaus eshe had that upper lip stuck out so cute :) Without further ado, heres the pic!
